About Susan Verma

My husband and I have lived in Sudbury since 1997. We have two children who have enjoyed the Sudbury school system. Our daughter graduated from Lincoln Sudbury Regional High School June, 2017 and attends the University of Delaware, and our son is a Senior at L/S. I am a Massachusetts native and grew up in Waltham. My family still lives there and my husband's family lives in Sudbury. We are fortunate enough that both sides of our families are in the area so our children have the wonderful opportunity to have their extended family close by.

I lived in Texas for a few years in the mid 1990's. I truly loved living in another part of the country and appreciate the varied climates and living conditions our country offers. While living in Texas, I had the opportunity to live and work in Tel Aviv, Israel for about 8 months. It was an amazing experience and has truly enriched my life. I thoroughly enjoyed living abroad and being immersed in another culture.   I love all aspects of real estate including architecture, staging, improvements, and market trends.  I enjoy assisting in every aspect of the home purchase and sale process.  I genuinely appreciate and respect all cultures, traditions and working with people to better serve them.  I live with the philosophy that we are all in this together so lets make the best of it!

Eco-friendly Vs. Harmful Building Materials

Eco-friendly Vs. Harmful Building Materials

More than ever, the past dictates our future. The twenty-first century must face the dramatic repercussions of our past heritage concerning environmental issues. We foolishly exposed our planet to threats and insecurity. In practice, we do lots of harm to our immediate environment, and we should pay more attention to do’s and don’ts in nature. Humankind has ...
