I am so appreciative of Susan's knowledge, relationships, and sensibility in this incredibly competitive real estate market. From our first phone call to closing date - the whole experience was 2 months. (Prior to meeting her, I was looking for 9 months and lost multiple offers.)Susan was recommended to me by a local family who had lived and moved back into the area - so they knew how hard it was to get a house here. We cannot imagine there is a better realtor than Susan Verma! She is simply amazing. First, she is calm. Very calm. And remains that way throughout the entire process. Second, her attention to detail is impeccable along each step of the listing/selling process. Susan did an amazing job creating a welcoming home for potential buyers. She and Diane staged our home beautifully , and yes, we didn't want to sell when she finished ... but we did anyway :). Of most importance to us, Susan knew from the start that separating from our 2 family cats was the hardest part of the process. So ... she found an amazing home for our cats too! Maybe all the stars were aligned? I don't think so ... it was Susan's ability to listen, respect our needs/wants, and gently guide us through the journey of wrapping up a wonderful chapter of our lives. Susan guided us through the home-buying process from start to finish. She was accommodating to us and negotiated well with the seller's agent. She explained to new home buyers like us the entire process in detail and was quick to answer our questions to the best of her ability. In the end, we were able to secure a home with her help in a highly competitive market.

We met Susan at a house in Acton that we were interested in seeing. We did not have a realtor at the time. While we were not enamored by the house, we were extremely impressed by Susan’s genuineness. Susan quickly followed up with us regarding some questions we had about another listing. She was quick to set things up to have us see this listing. It was at this second meeting when we asked her to become our realtor. We found Susan to be extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and always accessible. But more than that she listened and was able to quickly understand what we needed and what was important to us. Susan had an innate ability to know when to tell us something definitely was not for us - and she was always right! At other times, she patiently gave us the space ?to explore listings/places. One thing that was extremely important to us was finding a place that would accommodate our Bernese Mountain dog, Emma - Susan got that immediately! At each place, she always considered how Emma would fit in and have the space she needed outside to roam around. ?Working with Susan wasn’t work - it was having a friend find us the perfect place and help make it ours. ???

Susan was an absolute pleasure to have as our agent. She truly listened to all of our needs and preferences during our home search and was incredibly patient. She would let us know important items to consider with each home we looked at and advised us during the process while allowing us to feel comfortable and confident in making our own decisions on what houses to submit offers for. In this already competitive housing market, Susan's knowledge of the areas we were looking into was invaluable. Her insight allowed us to submit an offer we were happy AND comfortable with, and we absolutely love our home and felt great through the entire process. Susan is communicative and truly an agent of integrity, and we have sung her praises to family and friends! Susan was a wonderful asset in helping us sell our house. She navigated us well through the process and, more importantly, helped us address the various 'bumps in the road' (home inspection findings, negotiations) that are typical in selling a home. Susan is very experienced and provided useful advice to us - from developing the initial listing to staging the house for showing and then how to react to house inspection findings and negotiation requests. We were out of town during the last weeks prior to closing and Susan (and her colleagues) were invaluable to enabling the closing process to continue with any problems. We were extremely pleased with the support that we received from Susan and, if we had to do it again, we would engage her services 'in a heartbeat'.

Susan recently helped us purchase a new property in Acton. Throughout the entire process she was pleasant, proactive, communicative, knowledgeable and thorough. She consistently kept everything on-track and went above and beyond several times researching and running down answers to our endless "I wonder if..." questions and concerns. Susan was excellent in every way possible; she was knowledgeable, not pushy and went above what was expected. Oh, and did I say she sold our house quickly and at a price that pleased both us (the sellers) and the buyers…way to go.
