About Susana Yourcheck

After 9 years as a Navy wife and 11 as a civilian's wife, 11 moves, 3 countries, and 2 states, my family of four and I have found a home here in Holly Springs, North Carolina! I simply cannot imagine a better place to raise a family, retire, or simply put roots down!

Let me back it up though...I was born in the Azores Islands, Portugal (it's a very small dot in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean) and that's where I met and married an American sailor. We embarked in a 20 year journey that led us to Scotland, Maryland, Portugal, and back to Maryland.

One day, about five years ago, my husband's company was sold and we looked at each other and said, "Where is THE best place to raise our family in the United States?" So, we did our research and ended up in the Triangle Area, NC!

The first time I set feet in this state, I knew I had found home! Who wouldn't want to live here? The weather is nice, people have that wonderful southern hospitality, the schools are great, and the economy is growing with each passing year.

In addition, I love the diversity of this area, which is why I also speak Spanish and French, besides English and Portuguese! I've always enjoyed meeting new and interesting people!

Since I was little, I've felt a need to serve and help others realize their dreams, which is why I taught English as a Second Language for 10 years. As an immigrant and a transplant, I know how difficult adapting to a new place, culture, and environment can be. I have also bought two homes, sold one, built another, and have rented a home, so you can say that I have been on that side of the table quite often. I know everyone needs guidance and someone to trust during a transition period. I believe I am THAT person who can help YOU (buyer or seller) navigate through the incredibly complex, but exciting, real estate market in the Triangle area.

Furthermore, I believe that Go Realty has the best tools, philosophy, and business practices that will ensure you will have an outstanding home-buying or selling experience.

Whether you are purchasing your first home or downsizing, my goal is to make that process as simple, fun, personalized, and as thrilling as it can be! You can count on my integrity, dedication, knowledge, and passion to help.
