My spouse and I recently re-located from California, and purchased a home in Venice. A big event in our lives, and a big project! I was very fortunate to have Susanne as my realtor when I was looking to purchase a new home inSarasota in 2020.I started looking for a new home in a very challenging time: the pandemic just started, many companieswere forced to shut down, most parties I had to work with were very difficult to reach, e.g. listing agents,title and insurance companies, appraisals, real-estate attorneys, tax advisors, inspectors, etc.At the same time, I also had to sell a property in another state (Virginia).To add to the challenges, I am not an easy person to work with: I tend to ask a myriad of questions,hesitate to make decisions, change my mind from one day to the next, etc..Luckily, Susanne was able to take full control of the situation. Susanne showed us numerous properties during our search for a second home in the Sarasota/ Venice area. Susanne Losso has been our real estate agent for several years now and we could not be happier with her service. She is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Susanne is an amazing realtor. We met at an open house and were very impressed with her knowledge of the community. We came back again and decided she was the one to help us find our dream home. She was so helpful in guiding us throughout the buying process. She returned emails immediately ( even at 5 AM) and followed up on any questions or concerns we had. Susanne Losso was an exceptional realtor from beginning to end! Her knowledge of the property we selected was very helpful, and her no-pressure attitude was much appreciated. Once we made an offer, Susanne oversaw the inspection process and made certain that all of our concerns were addressed. Now that we own the property, Susanne has continued to go above and beyond by meeting painters to get estimates, suggesting various contractors, etc. Even though Susanne was the listing agent, she looked out for our best interests every step of the way.
