Suzanne uses her professional marketing background to provide top quality service to her Sellers. As an Accredited Buyer Representative, she serves her Buyers with the highest level of market knowledge. Most important, however, is the care she gives to each client. About Me - most importantly, I am a mother to two wonderful women. My oldest daughter is a lawyer and my youngest is a graphic designer.
My formal degree is in Education. However, my learning has come from life. In addition to teaching, I have worked in varied fields from retail, to making Converse sneakers, as a short order cook to corporate procedures analyst. I have worked for physicians and health care companies in numerous positions right on up to Senior Management, as a Marketing consultant, as well as in Proposal Preparation and RFP response. For years I was a stay-at-home mom and, I volunteered in my daughters' schools, and as their soccer coach. I enjoy singing at my church, and serving my communities.
I can best be described as a 'hands-on' person whether doing my own plumbing, painting, household or car repairs or sewing. My artistic side comes out when designing and making stained glass windows, as well as my own silver jewelry and photography. I hope you have enjoyed some of my pictures placed here on my website. Finally, I LOVE to cook and enjoy feeding friends and family.

Suzanne sold our home in Williamsburg within 3 weeks of listing. Suzanne was tremendous to work with. She listened to our concerns and always had good advice and suggestions for us to market our home. She kept in touch with us on an almost daily basis and updated us on client feedback. Other agents wanted us to pour thousands of dollars into unnecessary upgrades, but Suzanne advised us that our home was attractive as is. Suzanne handled the original purchase of our condo and then recently, (10 1/2 years later) she represented us during the sale. That is a testament to her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to do whatever it takes to make our experience a positive one. Because it was a second home for us and we did not live locally, Suzanne managed many of the details needed to prepare the condo for market. And she even replaced a shower head for us herself! All with grace, panache, and her signature humor that makes her our favorite realtor ever! I highly recommend her!

Suzanne is a buyers agent. She does not really represent sellers. She will go out of her way to accomodate your schedule and answer calls/texts/emails quickly for the most part.
