Suzi was very professional to work with. She was very knowledgable about real estate and the area of our house. The entire process was very smooth and did not take very long to go through. She also handled everything for us that she could. She is wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Suzie and Elite Properties has served as Property Managers for long-distance rural/residential rental property. She has served as buffer to a oft-time delinquent tenant. She and her team are well her fees in time saved and aggravation deferred. I fully plan to give her the first opportunity to list the property at the appropriate time.

I bought a foreclosure through Suzi. I was ready to give up but she kept me from getting discouraged and basically told me what documents underwriting would ask for and what to expect. I think if I had another agent I would not have the town home today.

Very professional, 3rd time she has sold something for me. Love doing business with her. This sale was actually a set of apartment buildings and we were able to find a buyer and close in less than 3 months. Very good realtor. Would highly recommend.

We primarily worked with Suzi, but Brandy did show the house. We found Suzi to be helpful with "staging" the rooms. She also was willing to work with us when pricing the house and provided us with many comparable properties in our area. Since we were moving to another state there were several times when she had to communicate with us long distance. She followed up with the showing realtor after each showing and had the showing service email us the feedback. There was only one issue with the entire process, that being, we didn't know the buyer was selling another house until it delayed our closing. We would recommend Suzi to our friends.
