Tam was fast and easy to work with. She took care of the paperwork and made the home buying experience really easy for my wife who had never purchased a home before. She explain it well and she has a lot of knowledge related to her work. The couple we purchased the home from even commented on how prepared Tam was. She is a Bull Dog when it comes to purchasing a new home.I would recommend her to anyone trying to buy their first home. She will take you step by step through the process, plus she can take the stress off you and make it seem very simple when purchasing a home.

We would highly recommend Tam Johnson if you are looking for an agent you can trust!!! My wife and I are still living in Virginia and we haven’t purchased a home in many years and did not know about the procedures in North Carolina. Tam explained the “Buying Process” in easy to understand terms. We truly appreciated her honestly and integrity and I felt throughout the entire process she had our best interest at heart. She guided us through the process of “Electronically Signing” all of our documents, which was so easy!!! We were excited to see that the selling price she negotiated for our townhome was so good that the appraisal came in much higher than we paid. I want to thank Tam for her patience during the many phone calls and emails asking questions as we navigated through our buying process.

Tam has her clients best interests in the forefront of her mind at all times. She is educated and current on all to goings on in the real estate world. She is trustworthy and works with incredible integrity. Her matter of fact approach, backed by her unwaivering dedication to the job, got our house sold in 16 days. No house in our area had sold in over a year and within 16 days we were under contract. She provided sound advice during the negotiation process and we were very happy with the sale of our home and the service she provided. Tam also helped us purchase our new home. Because we were VA buyers, there was specific criteria that had to be met with our purchase. Tam made very sure that we only looked at homes meeting that criteria. It took us no time at all to find the home of our dreams. She handled the contract negotiation like the pro that she is and we are extremely happy in our new home. The whole process from the sale of our previous home to purchase of our new home went off without a hitch thanks to her forward thinking and ability to head off issues at the pass. I give her the highest accolades for the job she did for us.

Tam is an amazing realtor. She knows the triad area very well and was always able to tell me if a house was worth looking into or not. She always listened to what I had to say and was always able to accomodate my requests. Within a couple months we found our perfect home. If it wasn't for Tam we would have never closed. As a realtor she is not responsible for us getting our loan, but when we encountered several problems she personally came to me to pick up papers to drop off at the bank so that we could close on out house on time. On top of that she handled other problems that we had such as our money order not getting processed for our due diligence, so she called the legal department and got everything straightened out. The only negative thing is now that we bought our house, I don't get to see her anymore. I look forward to buying and selling my next home with her. She took very good care of me and my husband and she will take very good care of you too!

To be honest, it was quite by accident that I found Tam Johnson of Tam Realty Associates. I had just started looking at homes and she was the selling agent on a home I thought I was interested in, so I contacted her. At that point I had never heard of Tam Realty Associates. It had been a long time (16+ years) since I had bought or sold a home, so all I knew was, that I wanted a real estate agent who I could trust to tell me the truth and be punctual and reliable. Tam Johnson was all of this and much more. She was prompt in all my dealings with her and I trusted her judgement explicitly. This proved to be a win-win situation for me because she sold my home in 15 days, and she found the home I fell in love with and purchased in about 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend Tam Realty Associates to someone who is looking for a trustworthy realtor, and person. Not only did I find a great realtor, but I also found a new friend!

I connected with Tam via the Internet when I began to explore the possibility of relocating to NC. She immediately connected me to her sources of places for sale and followed up with a phone call periodically. She was always courteous and patient. Tam is the hardest working realtor I have ever met. She was persistent and diligent in all of her efforts, and the house sold quickly for the price we wanted. I am especially appreciative of the advice she gave on how to make the home's curb appeal better.

My husband and I could not have been luckier to have Tam as our agent and we would highly recommend her to anyone! While living in Virginia, she helped us narrow our search and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. She negotiated a great price for out townhome, giving the agent a list of homes sold in the neighborhood to back-up our offer. She guided us through the inspection process and helped us make sure we took care of everything before we closed. After the sale she continued to be available, addressing any concerns or issue we had. And on top of everything she helped us find a great lender, Dawn Burrows with Carolina Bank. Between the two of them they made our buying process as stress-free as possible.
