We just bought a house with the help of Tanya Jasper, and we would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Tanya was energetic, knowledgeable and attentive; she listened carefully and never pressured us to do anything we weren't prepared to do. She seemed to always be available, as if we were her only clients (though we definitely were not). An example of her dedication - It was her grandchilds birthday party and before they cut the cake she came out to show us a property, which we didn't take, but thats besides the point. We had rather specific wants for a house, and she did her best to help us find what we were looking for rather quickly. She gently educated us about what it took to write a winning offer.
