Hello & thank you for choosing me for your real estate needs. I use my skills and expertise to achieve your goals in the smoothest method possible. Research and preparation are utilized to build marketing strategies, home searches, offers and counter-offers. Good relations with other Realtor and vendors give me an advantage within my community, getting task accomplished quickly and efficiently. As your agent I help you use your heart and your head to make the best decision for your needs. Whether you are buying your first home, increasing/decreasing in size from your current home, or investing I have the training and tools to assist you in attaining the outcome you desire.
I learned my hard work ethic in the US Navy straight out of high school as a Hospital Corpsman. I earned a scholarship and studied radiologic sciences, then traveled while working as an MRI technologist. The next 17 years I was lucky to be an Air Force spouse. I handled over a dozen relocations. Six countries and just as many states. I earned a PhD in moving. I encountered many great agents and some not so great. I know what it takes to give you a smooth and successful real estate transaction.
Lastly, I know that homes matter. Not just as investments and buildings, but as a safe place to rest, recharge and reach your goals. Together we will achieve those goals and enjoy the experience along the way. Remember, Tanya Kerr is your best friend in Real Estate.
