I've had a wonderful experience working with Tara. She was always responsive is addressing any concerns regarding properties for sale and locations. She was very focus on locating properties based on my criteria and kept me well informed on new property sales. I later decided not to continue looking at any additional properties for now and Tara highly respected my decision. I look forward to working with Tara again, when I am ready. Tara did a wonderful job helping me through the acquisition of a foreclosure Hud home with my 203k loan. She was timely, communicative, and knowledgeable. She helped get through each step of the sometimes cumbersome and convoluted Hud selling process. She was extremely pleasant to work with and helpful following up on all details. I would recommend her to other friends and relatives very highly!

Tara Thompson sold my husband’s previous home and we didn’t even consider using anyone else to sell my house. Tara went through the house and told us exactly what to do to make it show well. We did what she said and people LOVED the house. It looked great! We had lots of viewings and it was under contract in less than 30 days. Tara provided beautiful flyers and a great online presence. She guided us throughout the process and kept us informed. We followed her instructions, complied with all document and information requests, kept the house clean, and Tara made it happen. We had a great experience working with Tara. (She was referred to me by a work colleague, who also had an excellent realtor experience with her). She was down-to-earth, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about the process and the Southern Maryland market (--not just one area or county). She was frank with us about the pro's and con's of each property we looked at, and reassured us of how the process would go as we put in the offer and went through the inspection/closing process -- which was great, since we were first-time homebuyers.

We definately, definately, DEFINATELY recommend Tara to anyone looking in St. Mary's!!!

Where do I start. It was such a wonderful experience working with Tara. This was my first home buying experience and she made it so easy for me to get an understanding of the market and had no problem finding out any information that I need about the homes I looked at. She made sure that I was assured with any decision I made. She was willing to work early mornings and late nights to start my contracts or even to close on my house. During my process I ran into a couple of problems and she worked right through them with me. Tara is excellent! I have four other friends that are looking for homes and I recommended her to all. I even have people in different states wanting to work with her. My next home I plan to purchase I hope she's still an agent. She represents Century 21 as if it's her own company. If you are a first-time home buyer she will walk through every step with you explaining every little detail, to make sure you're confident in any decision that you make.
