I started looking at homes with Tara in September of 2018 in the price range of homes I was looking for. This price range was a very difficult one to find a home that wasn’t trashed out, in need of many repairs or just to far out from my work. To make a long story short she was always there when I called her and jumped right into action not to mention she was very patient with me changing my mind a few times. So after 10 months I finally found the home I was looking for and she did a great job getting us through the process. I would highly recommend Tara if you are looking for a home.

We have bought over 7 homes around the country, but never had the excellent service that Tara gave us. After our first purchase here in Georgia we have sold and bought with her twice. She is truly a professional and woul highly recommend her to anyone.Great attitude and personality... will definately use her again

Tara did a tremendous job for my wife and I. She meet us late at night if she needed to. She meet us on weekends to show us houses we were interested in. She found banks and lenders that were very helpful to us. She very knowledgeable about the area. She conducted herself very professionally. She very quickly determined the kind of house and neighborhood we were looking for and shortly there after found our perfect home. She didn't try to sell us a house she found us a home. If we ever need to buy another home we would definitely use her again

This was my first time purchasing a home and I could not have wished for a better agent to help us. Tara was extremely flexible around my work schedule when viewing homes. She set up everything...routes, times and making sure appointments were confirmed if needed. She knows the ins and outs of Northwest GA home buying including all the neighborhoods you would want to search for a home. She has a lot of connections with Lenders and other Agents to help a novice like myself or someone who has been through the process before. She jumped in when an issue came up with the sale of our current home, connecting us with the right people to get it fixed including an HVAC professional who was on stand by if we needed him. Luckily with the help of Tara the situation was resolved in less than 24 hours and we were able to close on the purchase of our new home without a hitch. I would refer Tara to anyone looking to purchase/sell a home. My wife has been through a few closings and felt like this one was the smoothest due to the hard work Tara provided up until all docs were signed and keys were exchanged! Tara worked so hard to get us into our new home. She always responded quickly with answers to all of our questions. She also made herself available to fit our scheduling needs. She always got us an appointment super fast to see a home we were interested in. Not to mention she is highly knowledgable about the Cherokee County area. I highly recommend her when buying a home. We were so impressed with how Tara does business that we are also using her as the selling agent on our home. She is awesome!!

Tara was amazing from the beginning to the end of this process. We were new to the area. She really listened to all of our wants and needs and helped us find our home. She went above and beyond, took our calls no matter when, and answered every question no matter how small it seemed. We couldn't have asked for better.
