Tara is seriously the coolest! She helped us find the perfect home. Not only did she help us fine a better financial plan than what we found, she made us feel like her only clients. She was available 24/7 and answered all of my questions (Even ones she didn't have to) very promptly. Tara is fun, caring, and hilarious! She has jokes for any occasion which I absolutely loved! Tara is a breath of fresh air! She took notice that I am a nervous person and made sure the process was as smooth as it could be. She went above and beyond and I will be recommending her to everyone I know looking for a house!

I have used Tara multiple times now for various houses and each time she has come through for me and done EVERYTHING she could in order to close the deal in the best interest for me. I hired Tara because I was looking for a realtor that would provide a personal touch and make every effort to sell my home for a fair price in a timely manner. Tara was willing to make the extra effort to market my home and attract more buyers. She even applied her own sweat and muscle doing some touch up work in the house. She was readily accessible quickly answering my calls, text and emails. She kept me informed throughout the process providing me regular updates, sometimes several times a week. With her hard work and commitment I was able to get a full price offer within 12 days of listing and my home closed rapidly thereafter. If I were to go through the home selling process again, Tara would be the 1st person I'd call.

I recently worked with Tara to help me find a property within my budget. She was prompt, knowledgeable, attentive and professional. She was available to answer all of my questions and concerns at all times. She was very supportive in her approach and I never felt the pressure to buy. Tara had my best interest at heart. Tara helped me find the dream home I didn't even know I initially wanted. I really could not thank her enough for her patience, her thorough, prompt response to every matter I had (and there were many!), and her willingness to help me long after the sale was over. This was my first time buying a home, and I felt like she was not trying to rush the sale, and that she had my best interests in mind. She went out of her way to help me find a home in a challenging neighborhood to get into in Gilbert, and even though there were some complications and heartbreaks throughout the process, I know she did everything in her power to help me get into my home, and I am grateful for it! Tara also taught me a lot of great lessons about home buying throughout this process, which I don't believe many other realtors would do considering how quickly they like to work. To top it off, when a home painter she referred didn't do quite as well as we anticipated, she paid out of her own pocket to have him come back out and fix it for me. While she was professional and knowledgeable, she was also kind, funny, and a pleasure to be around. Tara really knows what she's doing. I'm grateful to have found her as a realtor and as a friend, and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone I know buying a home. Thank you again Tara! You rock!
