I had been corresponding with Terence for 20 months before my wife and I came to SW Florida. He had already emailed hundreds of properties by then to peruse. He spent more than 12 hours with us the week we were looking. Eventually, we bought a house 75 miles north of his main territory, but he arranged our viewing of the house and was there with us. Since our purchase, he has done the final walk through, given us names of vendors we requested, ran interference on getting keys to us, etc. I would highly recommend him. If I had a question he would respond in no time with the answer or let me know how and when he would get the answer. He was very knowledgeable about housing in SW Florida.

We recently purchased a condo with the help of Terry. He was very helpful we visited quite a few condo with Terry. He was very accommodating with meeting us at our request and when we couldn't see the units in person he would get us videos and detailed descriptions of the units that we we're interested in. When we did find the unit we wanted he recommended building inspectors, insurance and mortgage companies. He met us at unit for our final walk though on the day before our closing and he was there every step of the way. I would recommend Terry to my friends and family as he was very professional and helpful.

Terry was awesome! He helped us find a house we could afford, in a quiet neighborhood, on a very tight budget. He hooked me up with a mortgage broker, insurance, inspector, and everything else I needed. Once I had Terry on my side it was pretty much one-stop shopping for a first time buyer. If you need someone to walk you through the whole confusing process of buying a home you won't find a better realtor.

I would highly recommend Terence Trombetti if your looking to purchase or sell a home in the SW Florida area. Mr. Trombetti is knowledgeable of the SW Florida real estate market, he has a great team in place i.e. lenders, home inspectors etc. to move the transaction to closing and is the hardest working realtor in SW Florida. In my particular case, Mr. Trombetti was the listing agent for my home. Through his marketing techniques and open houses, my home was under contract and sold within 45 days from the date of the listing. Mr. Trombetti did a great job!!!

Terry is a great person to work with and you couldn't find a better agent. He goes above and beyond! We met Terry 2 years ago when we were casually looking around for property in South Florida.He literally drove across the state for us and completed our walk- through inspection that we were unable to attend due to the C-19 virus having to come from Ct. You wont go wrong having Terry represent you!

Terence was just terrific. We were long-distance buyers, and he was so thoroughly involved in the process of searching for, reviewing, and looking at properties that the process was made so much simpler. He did so much for us over the course of our research and helped us feel like we were making the most informed decision possible. His responsiveness was immediate to all of our questions and comments. As we were so far away, the process was a little stressful for us, but he helped us stay sane, and find the best house for us.
