I SPEAK:
The Teresa Cowart Team has evolved over the years. It started in 2005 when I left "Corporate America" to find a better lifestyle for my family. After a couple of years of working solo, I had to start adding to my team to keep up with the needs of my clients. I now operate a successful full service team of professional hard working agents (and staff). We pride ourselves on customer service. You won't find a more dedicated group of agents. We work 24/7 every day of the year to make sure our clients are taken care of. In addition I am a Co-Owner of RE/MAX Accent. I still show homes, I still go on my own listing appts and I still manage property everyday. I enjoy Real Estate. To me it's not a job, it's a lifestyle.......And those babies I had when I started in this business are now heading off to college. My oldest is now married, a school teacher (at RHPS) and expecting my first granddaughter.
Please do not hesitate to call, text or email me with any questions or requests for information. We will do everything in your power to make sure that you are informed and pleased with our home buying/selling or property management experience.
My personal cell is 912-667-1881 and email is [email protected] Feel free to contact me anytime.

Risks And Rewards Of Selling Your Home Without A Realtor
From the perspective of a home buyer, the position of a real estate agent can seem unjustified in its existence. On the face of it, it seems utterly preposterous; why not just sell your home without a ...

How Your Appearance Affects Your Sales
As a real estate professional, you’ve probably heard one person or another talk about “dressing for success” while they show you their new watch or tailored suit. This expression is used broadly in a lot of different ways, but in the world of real estate it actually holds a lot more meaning than you might imagine. A crucial aspect of working as a ...
