I often say I'm not in the business of real estate, but in the business of making dreams come true. That doesn't mean finding houses for a buyer or getting the highest amount of money for the seller. Not exclusively, at least. It's much more than that: it's caring for their needs, understanding their anxieties, predicting potential pitfalls and basically looking for ways to make the uncertain process of buying or selling a house not only easier, but more enjoyable. In the end, my goal as a Real Estate Agent is to facilitate things for my clients turning a lengthy and complex transaction into a pleasing memory.
Sure, my marketing abilities come in handy - especially in this ever-changing world with new digital trends popping up daily - but my main strength is my credibility. I've been working hard on this asset ever since I got my license. I'm constantly studying the market because when my client asks me something I have to have the correct response at the tip of my tongue. I have not only a fiduciary responsibility to my client but also a moral one. So, transparency is really important in my book because, to me, Real Estate is not only about properties and money. It's about people. I never take for granted the fact that people are trusting me not with their house or apartment; but their home. I take that responsibility seriously and put on a (fair) fight for them.
Over time I have earned the respect and recognition of this community that I love so much. Together with my family, that's my most prized possession. A dream come true. Remember I said I was in the business of making dreams come true? Well, I don't intend on waking up from this one. So you can count on me to make your dream come true because by doing so I'll be living a dream of my own. Let's dream together!

Very honest with the entire sale. Teresa did a cold call to to us. She hit the jackpot because we had been discussing selling it. We are so happy that she made the call to us and that we decided to answer it. We don’t always answer calls when we don’t recognize the number, but since it was an area code we recognized because we have family and friends in the Knoxville area. Teresa was very professional and wonderful to work with. She was very patient with us even when we really didn’t always respond immediately to her requests for signatures, etc. If we decide to sell any other properties, we will call her and definitely highly recommend her if we have the opportunity to make recommendations to friends and family.

teresa was awesome. even when she was on her vacation she still answered my calls and text for questions i had about the loan questions i had ..teresa was realy helpful beyond what you expect so i defenitly will use her in the future and tell other about her,thank you so much ????????

Where do I begin?! Teresa has been the best realtor we could've asked for! She is extremely helpful in every department. She answered all of our questions, responded very quickly every time, and took the time out of her day every single time we wanted to view a house! This process was extremely easy with her help. I was a first time home buyer and I couldn't recommend Teresa enough! She was very patient with my lack of knowledge and guided me with her professional recommendations. She always kept me in the loop with information I needed to know or documents I needed to sign. Her ability to negotiate a good deal for me in this market was amazing!!

Oh my gosh. Teresa is a queen! For my fiancé and I to be finding our first home, she was amazing. She guided us through all the hoops. Even had to mom us when it came to a bad deal that way we did not make a mistake we would regret. She was very responsive anytime we had a question or concern. 20/10 recommend.
