Licensed as a Real Estate agent in the state of Texas in April 1995 while stationed at Fort Hood, TX. After living in Naples, Italy, the military moved us back to Texas.
I reactivated my license here in San Antonio, TX in April 2001. I have sold many residential homes and land & lots. Also, many investors have benefited from my knowledge and skills as an investor myself in other properties such as multi-family units.
Early on I decided that education would separate me from the rest so in 2002, I studied and received my ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative designation. In June of 2002, I completed the course study for GRI, Graduate, Realtor Institute and in 2005 with advance training and experience received the CRS, Certified Residential Specialist designation. I am dedicated to being the best REALTOR possible and to go all the way in this career. So on March 23, 2007, I went for the first time, took and passed my Real Estate Broker exam.
From that I started a brokerage firm called Aterj Realty pronounced At ter j. My goals are still the same. To serve your Real Estate needs with experience, honesty and exceptional service.
