Terri was an incredible asset in our search for investment property. She knew the area exceptionally well and was able to advise us on potential purchases. I had a very great time working with Terri. This was my first home buying experience and using my VA loan was scary at first but working with her made it way more simpler to utilize as she was experienced in working with veterans using the VA loan and helped me prepare all necessary documents ahead of time which made the buying and closing so much simpler than other veterans I have spoke with who have gone the same route as I.

Terri did an excellent job for us helping purchase our home. Terri did double the work, as the house we purchased was a sell by owner. Her knowledge of the entire home buying process, the Huntsville area, and her recommendations to other professional company's is outstanding.
