About Terri Cote'

My family and I moved to Madison County in 1993. My children have been raised here and we love the Tennessee Valley! My prior professional experience was in Administration and Sales. I am in my zone when helping others reach their goals which is why I have enjoyed being a Real Estate Agent since 2013. I have worked alongside sellers, buyers, investors and have assisted those relocating in and out of North Alabama. I take pride in being a 5 Star Agent. Client satisfaction is my number one goal! I have the best clients ever!  If you should require a Notary Public, I can provide that service as well.

I had a very great time working with Terri. This was my first home buying experience and using my VA loan was scary at first but working with her made it way more simpler to utilize as she was experienced in working with veterans using the VA loan and helped me prepare all necessary documents ahead of time which made the buying and closing so much simpler than other veterans I have spoken with who have gone the same route as I.

Terri was an incredible asset in our search for investment property. She knew the area exceptionally well and was able to advise us on potential purchases. She brought properties to our attention immediately which was absolutely required in the tight real estate market in the Huntsville area. Properties were being sold hours after they were listed. Her actions allowed us to get ahead of the competition. When we found the homes we wanted to purchase we were successful in negotiations due to Terri’s attention to detail and depth of knowledge. We are very grateful for her help and recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the Madison County, Alabama area.

Terri was amazing. Always available when needed. She went above and beyond to do everything possible for us to get this house for us! She showed us exactly what we wanted nothing more.   Terri was absolutely amazing I would recommend her to anyone buying a home very easy to work with! I love her?? She was there for any call or question at any time! She was incredible for us

Ms. Cote is Truly a Five Star Realtor. Once she began assisting with my home search, she seemed to successfully anticipate and address every expectation that I had for my new home. From Contract through Closing, her dedication and expertise were peerless - and I've bought and sold four homes in my lifetime. It was as though she was executing the Process and Negotiations for Her OWN home! If you're looking for a realtor that will step up and go to the limit for you, look no further! Thanks, Terri!
