My family and I moved to Madison County in 1993. My children have been raised here and we love the Tennessee Valley! My prior professional experience was in Administration and Sales. I am in my zone when helping others reach their goals which is why I have enjoyed being a Real Estate Agent since 2013.   I had a very great time working with Terri. This was my first home buying experience and using my VA loan was scary at first but working with her made it way more simpler to utilize as she was experienced in working with veterans using the VA loan and helped me prepare all necessary documents ahead of time which made the buying and closing so much simpler than other veterans I have spoken with who have gone the same route as I.


  Terri was an incredible asset in our search for investment property. She knew the area exceptionally well and was able to advise us on potential purchases. She brought properties to our attention immediately which was absolutely required in the tight real estate market in the Huntsville area. Properties were being sold hours after they were listed. Her actions allowed us to get ahead of the competition. When we found the homes we wanted to purchase we were successful in negotiations due to Terri’s attention to detail and depth of knowledge.
