Terri was an incredible asset in our search for investment property. She knew the area exceptionally well and was able to advise us on potential purchases. She brought properties to our attention immediately which was absolutely required in the tight real estate market in the Huntsville area. Properties were being sold hours after they were listed. I had a very great time working with Terri. This was my first home buying experience and using my VA loan was scary at first but working with her made it way more simpler to utilize as she was experienced in working with veterans using the VA loan and helped me prepare all necessary documents ahead of time which made the buying and closing so much simpler than other veterans I have spoke with who have gone the same route as I.

Terri is an exceptional and professional realtor and individual that we will definitely work with in the future for all our realtor needs. On short notice we contacted Terri to discuss the possibility of working with her as our realtor. We were out of the state and had limited time to visit the area to look for a house but Terri made us her priority and worked around our schedule to ensure we were able to see every house we wanted to see. Terri was very efficient and quick to handle all matters of our house process, from the initial offer being drafted and submitted quickly to all negotiations, house inspections, closing etc! Terri is an awesome person and realtor!! Teri worked so hard to make sure that our house sold in a timely manner. Even though some needed repairs were discovered Teri worked tirelessly to help us find the right people to accomplish the repairs. No one will work harder than Teri!!
