I not only used Terri to sell my house, but when I decided to buy I wanted her to assist me with the search for my new home. We could not have made a better decision! Within 1 week of signing our listing agreement, Terri brought us 2 offers, one of which we accepted. We were very pleased with her strong social media marketing campaign, which she was very quick to initiate. Terri is also very knowledgeable and helpful to us with the steps and processes involved leading up to the closing. After a bad experience with our last realtor it was very nice to find one that not only met but exceeded our expectations. We give Terri 5 out of 5 stars. A++.
