Terry managed to get our house sold in a location where few houses were moving. There was a real emphasis on getting the house shown quickly and make improvements to make it more "show worthy" as time went on. He is also very quick about response and follow up on all items. He managed the other realtors involved to get quick turn around on the buyers items that needed to be done.

Sold house in one week at top price. Worked with Seller's Agent so we were able to close in 2 1/2 weeks. Worked very hard to resolve any concerns we had and to be sure we were comfortable during the process of selling our home. He has a great sense of humor that helps during stressful times.
