"Team Terry" consists of Terry Small, Brenda Small and Valerie Moore. We are a family team dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible experience in their real estate endeavors, whether you are buying or selling a home.

With more than 26 years of combined experience in real estate and Terry's extensive experience in buying and selling investment and single family housing in the New Jersey area "Team Terry" provides the highest quality service for all your real estate needs.

Terry began his real estate career with Weidel Realtors in Mercer county NJ and was joined by his wife Brenda Small and Valerie Moore. The team has since joined Mid State Realty in Monroe Township NJ, where they celebrated their 10th anniversary with Mid State Realty in 2013. Brenda Small and Valerie Moore assist Terry and provide a high degree of professionalism, dedication and loyalty to all clients. Our extensive knowledge of Middlesex, Mercer, Monmouth/Ocean and Burlington counties allows us to service our clients with expertise.
