We lived out of the area, and were looking for a house but didn't have a lot of predetermined requirements. Terry was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us zero in on both what we wanted and didn't want in a property. Once we found the house, he negotiated the offer and the needed repairs on the property and exceeded our expectations. He set up all of the process with escrow, inspections, and made himself available and participated as needed. I was very happy with his responsiveness and ability to keep the process on track. I felt very comfortable with Terry's personal style and confident in his input and recommendations.

Terry is so knowledgeable about real estate and gives you honest, realistic, and low pressure advice. It was really helpful to have him there to sell our last house, which was a bit challenging (not an average house). He did an excellent job! We've used him several times in the last 4 years, selling a few times, and have always had superb service, excellent communication and low pressure. To top that off, he's very genuine and honest. Couldn't ask for someone better than that! I highly recommend him!

My home buying process presented an even bigger challenge because I started the process while still living in Europe. Due to the time difference, my process was a little more difficult than someone who would already be located in the United States. Despite that challenge and the 8-hour time difference, Terry was very understanding, patient, and explained each milestone that we completed thoroughly, as well as informed me on upcoming tasks that needed to be completed. Terry is incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Finding a house has been one of the most stressful things I’ve been through, but Terry made it so much easier.
