Dawn was amazing! I had a realtor who was very slow in the process and I dumped her quick. I had been following Dawn on social media for about a year. Every post just made me love her more then one day I finally decided to call her. I am a person who has extreme OCD when it comes to conducting business. We spoke on the phone and the first conversation I explained everything i wanted and how prepared I was for this process. We talked on the phone just about everyday and she was very patient with me when i was feeling Uneasy because I hadn’t found my home. Her level of professionalism never changed. She respected the fact that I was a numbers person so when i asked questions she knew how to answer to keep me quiet. I remember when we the time came to review my homes value in comparison to other homes in the area. We sat on the phone and looked at everything together and she made sure I understood and was understanding when I didn’t. I love my new house and so does my family. I still can’t believe I am a homeowner and Dawn is so awesome I would use her or suggest her to anyone in a heartbeat.

Dawn was like the big sister, I've been worried, scared, confused about the process. Dawn would always be the reassuring, calm understanding voice. Buying a home is stressful for someone who knows nothing about the process, Dawn is really like a good friend holding your hand along the way. She has even protected my worrying brain at times from the stupid stuff the seller would say or do until absolutely necessary. Dawn was referred to me by a close friend I surely will refer Dawn. Oh and she is a no nonsense person!!!!

Where do I start with this lovely lady.Ms.Dawn is an amazing agent. She will let you no from the door, I'm not here to sell you just anything and when she tell you that she work for you, she really works for you. Ms.Dawn was super patient with me and guided me through out the process and she kept me focus when i started to get frustrated. I promise at the end, you will be satisfied with your dream home. I would recommend her to anyone thats ready to buy their home.

There are so many wonder things I can say about this woman, she guided me every step of the way ( LITERALLY) for the purchase of my first home. She didn't look at me as just a client, Dawn really helped beyond my expectations during house hunting and after my closing....
