Jasson is an outstanding realtor and has tremendous expertise in selling short term rentals. He is extremely knowledgeable about over arching market conditions, and was able to align this with the specific needs of our house. Additionally, he has a deep understanding of the pure business of short term rentals, and as a result an excellent eye for value in turn key properties. The pricing he provided was nuanced and accurate. Overall, I could not recommend Jasson highly enough if you are looking to buy or sell a short term rental.

Jasson is amazing! Above and beyond at every stage in helping us successfully sell our Phoenix short-term rental. Needed an agent - got a friend. Through the whole process, we lived out of state, and from showings to helping coordinate local repairs, he went far beyond our expectations to meet every need throughout the deal. At one point in the process, I was growing anxious at a softening market and timeline considerations, but my wife said, “Why are you worrying? We’ve got Jasson!” And as per usual, she was right. So the advice is simple: sell your home, make your spouse happy, and list or buy with Jasson!

This is the second transaction I have used Jasson for. I cannot recommend him enough. He has acted in my best interest both times from helping me solve issues and handling particular matters to pushing for me to get the best deal. So often in real estate, people have horror stories of agents with less than ethical practices and not acting in their clients’ best interest. Jasson has legitimately been the exact opposite of this behavior and has been a pleasure to do business with. My biggest issue with him is not being able to use him in other states!

Jasson sold us this house. Let me explain:We were searching for a new home and found several interesting properties. As self represented buyers I was absolutely surprised how many listing agents did not even bother to call us back. Many of those properties remain on the market today. Jason called us back within 30 minutes of our leaving a message and met us at the home that same day. He was amazing. No detail was too small for his attention. He spent about an hour with us in the home reviewing all points of interest and followed up promptly with additional information. This listing was detailed and the pictures were good, but a listing does not sell a house. I highly recommend Jason -his responsiveness and willingness to be a resource is what made this transaction go through. As a side note: The seller is also here giving Jasson a 5 star review. To have both a buyer and a seller be happy with your service speaks volumes.
