I was searching to purchase a home in Scottsdale and didn't really know the area well. He was very knowledgeable of all the areas and assisted with the perfect location for me. He assisted through the entire process of things to address during closing and was always responsive to any questions I had. Also he referred me to a lender Carrie Hughes at Peoples Mortgage. She was able to close my loan in 2.5 weeksI have purchased homes in the past and this whole process has got to be the smoothest I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend these two if you are on the market to purchase. Awesome Job Carrie and Jasson!!!!

I've worked with Jasson and the Synergy Team for the last couple of years shooting home photos for them, and decided one day in late 2017 that "Maybe I should be looking for a home..." We found what I thought was the perfect condo and got through most of the homebuying process before the bad news came, just before New Year's Eve, that the condo complex I was buying in was being turned back into apartments. UGH! So, back to square one for 2018. After a few more months of unfullfilling open houses and rejected offers, I was beginning to think I was just going to keep renting for a few more years. But then in February of this year, I found the perfect condo in my price range and my offer was accepted! Jasson and his team even picked up the cost of inspection and 2nd appraisal when it turned out that the 1st place couldn't be financed. To say my home buying journey was difficult would be an understatement, but Jasson and his team were dedicated and diligent in making sure my "American Dream" came true. I can't thank you guys enough! Cheers!

Jasson and his team did an amazing job with putting our house through the realty auction. He as always accessible and available whenever I had a question. He helped us through some rough patches making the experience ultimately a seamless one. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and his abilities. I will forever be indebted to him and his team and the way they handled our sale.

Ryan Dowell, Jason Dellacroce and the whole team did an amazing job in my last home purchase. I was in a tight spot and needed to be out of my apartment quickly as my lease was up. I contacted Ryan directly and he jumped into action like a Real Estate Ninja. He suggested a few houses that fit my needs and we were looking at them that day. The houses I found on my own, he was willing to set up the meetings and never had any issues. When we finally found the right place (on market for 1 day) I was able to put in an offer and he instructed me that it would work better if I wrote them a letter and offered a little more than asking. I was lucky to get the house and the seller fixed a few items. I am SUPER happy with the house and the relationship I have now with Ryan, Jason, Devon and the whole team. 10/10 Would use them again! Also, thanks for the home depot gift card. That was a super nice touch.

Stop reading and call/text/email him. However, if you're looking for more details, read on...Jasson always responds quickly and communicates effectively, he provides a level of service that makes you feel as though you're his only client (even though that clearly isn't true). On each of my purchases, I was open to the location and property type. Jasson eagerly showed me homes and condos all throughout the valley. He never pressured me into narrowing my geographical scope. Instead, he patiently gave me the opportunity to fully assess the full market and make an informed decision. It was his willingness to accommodate my broad scope that helped me to confidently place offers on my homes. Upon reviewing each property Jasson proactively points out both the strengths and opportunities (based on your expressed needs) of the home to ensure a proper initial/visual assessment is made. Jasson is an amazing agent. We are from the northeast US, and arranged a four day visit to Phoenix to find a home. Jasson arranged showings for us and took us to countless properties all over the Phoenix area over those few days. We found a great property and he negotiated a fantastic deal for us. Thanks to Jasson, I am a proud owner of a beautiful home in the beautiful area of Ocotillo in Chandler. Jasson was patient with me throughout the whole process and basically held my hand every step of the way. Even after the purchase, he offered assistance in recommendations for things I needed done with my home. I initially backed out of my first offer of a home before this one, and he was very supportive of my decision and worked very hard to find me the home that made me happy. He went above and beyond!!

Jasson has been amazing. I came into the process without a full idea of what type of property I needed or where it should be located. He talked me through what I would need for each location and was incredibly informative. He helped me figure out what home would work for my lifestyle. Jasson found me a dream home in my dream neighborhood! He negotiated with the sellers and got everything we had asked for — including closing costs covered. Along the way Jasson killed a scorpion, hopped a fence and so much more during the process of finding my home.
