A longtime resident of Southern Maryland, Theresa sells residential properties in Charles, Prince George’s, St. Mary’s, and Calvert Counties and the surrounding areas. She understands that the purchase of a home is often the largest purchase a person will make in their lifetime. Theresa believes REALTORS have an obligation to be well educated to provide the level of service and protection her clients deserve. She is constantly furthering her knowledge.

Theresa is a member in good standing of the Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS (SMAR), Maryland Association of REALTORS (MAR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) in addition to the Maryland’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

She feels that being a REALTOR is about more than joining professional associations, she believes REALTORS should be involved in the communities where they work as well. She has served her community in many capacities from Friends of Hospice to Volunteering at her Children’s School.

Having lived in many parts of New York, including Long Island, Manhattan and Upstate New York she has a strong ability to relate to and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and understands the need and concerns of clients who are relocating.
