We did a lot of research before deciding to choose Thu as our realtor when buying our home. Thu stood out and was very professional during our buying process. Two years later, it was natural for us to contact her when it was time to sell our home. In the beginning, we couldn’t decide whether to put our home on the market or to rent it out. We told her our dilemma. Thu didn’t pressure us to sell the home, but as usual, she took the time explaining to us the pros and cons of selling versus renting. She provided valuable data on the price and rental history of comparable homes nearby which helped us in making the decision.After the decision was made on selling our home, she already had buyers lined up and was ready to show the place. Thu made the selling experience very easy. She took care of everything from listing our home to taking professional photographs, and setting up showing notifications.Our home went on contract the day our home went on the market and we accepted the offer. Thu again took care of the entire closing process.Thanks Thu for making both times a pleasurable experience.

This was our first experience selling a home, it was very intimidating at first. But after the first meeting with Thu Vo, she calmed any concerns. She was always on the move with information for us, keeping in contact throughout each day via text, email and phone calls. This entire process was handled with professionalism and personalism that we really appreciated. Thu Vo is amazing. Answers emails and texts at all hours. Figures out what you like and don't and finds the right fit of home. Thu Vo always got us paperwork as fast as possible so we were able to move super quickly on everything. Highly recommend!.

I liked Thu from the get-go. When I first began submitting inquiries on Zillow, her text stood out among the others and was simple and meaningful; she immediately put me in contact with a lender to start on pre-qualifications. Thu literally NEVER stops working for you, it’s unreal. She knows what you’ll need when you’ll need it; she knows each part of the process from the home search to negotiations to helping find repair quotes. Some parts of the process can be intimidating or even overwhelming but Thu offers so much help and makes the process very manageable (even for a first time buyer like myself). I’m beyond thankful to have worked with Thu and absolutely will work with her when I’m ready to sell!

Thu will go beyond and help you outside the scope. She is multi-task and detailed oriented. She would explain to you about loan terms, home inspection or any required paperwork and let you make your own decision which is good and objective. She is super responsive. She made our housing purchase both fun and cost saving. Last but not least, she has friendly and honest personality. We enjoyed our time working with Thu!

Thu was very helpful in my homebuying process. This was my first time buying a home and she was very helpful in making it as stress-free as possible. She listened to what exactly I was looking for and was very considerate of the type of property I was looking for, budget, etc. She was supportive throughout the process and answered all of my questions.

Thu Vo sold my house and helped me to buy a new one. She treat you like family, and work as hard as her can for you. If you are going to sell of buy a house I recommend you go with her. If I was ever going to sell or buy again she would be the first people I would call.

Thu helped me find the home I wanted in the neighborhood I wanted to live in.When I submitted an offer on a townhouse, the seller's agent informed us that there were already several offers on the home.Thu provided advice that allowed me to put in an offer and beat out all others...without over paying for the home.Thu is the consummate real estate professional!
