Tia Ware is the heart of her family; moving to Lake Norman, North Carolina with her husband Anthony 4 years ago as empty-nesters from New York City. Their three wonderful children reside in New York, Chicago, and Germany focusing on their passionate careers. After leaving 16 years of Licensing Law in corporate America, she continued to nurture her entrepreneurial drive and created a hair manufacturing and distribution company called Ware Hair, which is still providing solutions for stylist and clients to date. Tia did not stop there, she decided to focus on a career in real estate, where she’s always had a passion for.

Tia is a amazing!! She has been working with us for about a year on our relocation from WV to NC. She has gone above and beyond to help us find a rental with the Langtree apartments which actually would allow our 65 lb boxer when most places wouldn’t. She is also working with us to help us find our forever home. She has spoken with builder and even FaceTimed so we could see a house when we were unable to be there in person. Tia is now family to us, my kids love her and so do we. We look forward to continuing to work with her.
