Tim made it easy to buy an out of town property. I bought the perfect place for my family at a great price. It was challenging on deciding location and lifestyle...beach vs downtown vs golf course community. Tim showed us the different areas of Sarasota and pointed out the benefits and negatives of all. Never pushy, but also directed us into making a decision. It was the right decision and we are very happy. I highly recommend Tim.
