Born in New York City, educated on Long Island and southern Florida, Tina has been a Massachusetts resident since 1965. She raised her family in Essex County and has 5 grandchildren. An avid reader, her interests include art, music, golf, archeology & traveling.
As a member of the Northeast Association of Realtors®*, she has served on the Board of Directors, chaired many committees and won many awards. She is also a member of the Granite State South Board of Realtors®.
It has taken more than the ability to acquire a real estate broker’s license to obtain extensive experience in a variety of significant areas of real estate services. GRI Designation: Graduate of the National Real Estate Institute. The GRI designation is considered the nation’s number one real estate designation and requires a rigorous educational program. GRI is recognized nationwide as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge.
CRS Designation: Certified Residential Specialist is the most recognized and prestigious designation in the industry. Only 3% of all Realtors® nationwide have achieved the CRS designation and is only awarded to those with advanced training and outstanding achievement in residential real estate.
GBA Designation: Graduate Buyer Agency recipient of the New Hampshire Associations of Realtors Buyer Agency award.
SRES Designation: Senior Real Estate Specialist designees are Realtors qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50plus and awarded to those members who have successfully completed its education program. Only .02% of the national membership holds this significant designation.

I have worked with this realtor for years. She is very involved, caring, and always there when needed. Tina assists in every detail of the sale and whenever something unexpected comes up, she takes it in stride with great knowledge and responsiveness. Tina was incredibly responsive and accessible during the entire process. Not an easy task since I travel a lot and my availability was extremely limited. We purchased a home through a relocation company. Again, not an easy process we encountered many many challenges dealing with the real estate agents and relo company. Tina was calm and professional yet extremely persistent in moving the process along. In the end we purchased the home of our dreams at a great price. Less than 18 months later, we are refinancing to take advantage of lower interest rates and the home has appraised out at a higher price than we paid- and this is in a down market!
We would definitely use Tina again and highly recommend her! -

Mrs. Habeeb was very professional, friendly, honest and most importantly got the job done efficiently and with no difficulties. She worked well with us and also with the selling broker. We love the house that we bought.

Tina is the quintessential Realtor, being involved in every aspect of the process. She has a feel for what you are looking for even if you are not quite sure yourself. Tina returns all my phone calls and with all my questions answers every e-mail I send. I have not purchased anything at this time, but am still interested. Would I recommend her services? Absolutely.
