Todd was very friendly and knowledgeable with regards to our real estate questions and concerns. Even though we decided at a later time NOT to sell our house, he was extremely thoughtful and caring about our family needs! You don't always see that, it was much appreciated. In the future I will absolutely use him again.

Todd was an amazing realtor! He was willing to go above and beyond to help me find my home. He has a ton of experience and knows a lot about houses and the market and was able to share that knowledge with me throughout the process. He helped me to understand every part of the process and made sure that I understood all of the paperwork from the lender and on closing day. Todd worked hard nights and weekends and was always available when I needed him. He respected what I wanted in a house and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. He was always helpful and never pushy. I appreciate his help so much! Couldn't have done it without him! I would definitely recommend him to anyone searching in the Central Florida area!

Todd was very good about listening to what we wanted and finding a house that fits our lifestyle. He was very efficient and he went to the houses before he showed them to us so he knew they were good choices for us.

Todd was very professional and hit so far passed our expectations of any realtor that you could imagine. He hit spot-on the value of our home and we had a contract on it within 4 hours. We closed it within 30 days. All I can say is that WE ARE BEYOND HAPPY! Thank you, Todd!
