Todd did a great job selling our property. He knew the area market well and picked the perfect listing price for a property that needed to be updated. He hired local people for a couple of required code updates prior to listing and just told me it was taken care of! I was kept informed throughout the process when it would be cleaned, photos taken, when the listing went live and the open house attendance and reaction of attendees. I couldn't have asked for a better result, under agreement in under 3 weeks for full asking price with minimal effort on my part. He exceeded all expectations and I would not hesitate to use him in the future or recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

When it comes to selling real estate the last few years have been somewhat easy. The true test of a real estate professional is how they come through adversity. With interest rising and a buyer with several extenuating circumstances we watched a master at work. Todd Sandler maneuvered and made, what might have been, a cancelled sale situation seem seamless. Todd is the go to for real estate in Randolph and surrounding communities. He kept us informed and always stayed ahead of the situation. My father passed away leaving us his home. I'm not from the area but my dad instructed us to contact Todd Sandler when the time came. That was such an exceptional recommendation. Despite never having to meet face to face I had numerous conversations with Todd. This was a little complicated because of my father's trust account. Todd not only found a buyer immediately after we had the ready for sale but also organized a junk removal, cleaning and all necessary repairs. He actually answered his phone every time I called him which was so helpful but also unexpected. No one has ever made themselves so available to me for questions, and there were a lotTodd also took care of every detail of the closing including dealing with my dad's estate lawyer. Finally when there was a snag with the way we were paid Todd immediately got in touch with the closing attorney and had the funds directly wired into my account. Todd Sandler sold me my first house 40 years ago and I knew that I would call him again when it came time to sell my parents' house. Putting your childhood home up for sale after 62 years is not easy to do emotionally, but I didn’t have to do a thing because Todd took care of everything from beginning to end.
