I have been working with Todd for over a year. Initially it was a contact made in multi family property. Eventually I purchased a cabin in an overnight rental program. As an out of town investor Todd keeps me up to date on market conditions and what is going on in the local community. We are now looking for primary residences and more rentals. Direct honest and to the point. He doesn’t get to excited but remains calm. No pressure approach and lays out the pros and cons.
