Loved working with Tom and Robin the first time buying our home, and this time around with selling it ten years later! Listing the home was easy and they were always willing to run over to meet contractors, agents, and inspectors. Tom even picked up items for me at Lowe’s for install and was available much later hours as needed. Thanks for all you did for us!

Tom and Robin did an outstanding job helping us sell my parents house. Started with helping with what needed to be done prior to putting the house on the market, assisting is staging the house, all the paperwork, market analysis on the neighborhood, which was very thorough to help select the correct asking price. The technology they used was extremely helpful to ensure you knew anytime the house was being shown and people were in the house. It also had automated feedback from potential buyers and realtors. They were very responsive, answering our calls or returning them shortly after. Tom took time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything. It was well advertised, had plenty of viewings and we had a contract in two weeks. They walked us through the entire process including being there at closing. Tom and Robin our honest, professional and trust worthy! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a realtor.

I interviewed several realtors a year before deciding to actually sell my house. Tom and Robin were great! They made me feel so comfortable and like they truly were looking out for my best interests. When the time came to list, I knew immediately I was going with them. Tom was very helpful and answered all of my questions even if I asked the same question over and over again.
