Hello, dear visitor! Let me introduce myself. My name is Tom Campbell, your expert and always-available real estate agent since 1997.

I focus my professional client representation on the following Virginia Counties: Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Orange, Madison, Fauquier, Culpeper, Rappahannock, Warren, Frederick, and the city of Alexandria. I represent both buyers and sellers in the residential sales arena.

Modus operandi

I pride myself on being a prominent negotiator for my sellers. They can ever rely on me for valuable information and advice to get the best price for their property on the market. I sell between 20 and 24 homes per year.

 On the other hand, I stress the necessity of spending time with my buyer clients. I will interview them intimately to determine precisely what real estate will bring them the “American Dream.” 

 My efforts received recognition as my local association elected me Realtor of the Year in 2014, 2016, and 2019.

My qualifications, accomplishments, and certificates

I obtained the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation, the National Association of Realtor’s official classification, a benchmark of excellence in client representation. 

 I graduated from the At Home With Diversity, a NAR certification program in the ever-changing real estate industry.

 I received the e-Pro certificate in state-of-the-art digital marketing techniques beneficial in real estate transactions.

 I also hold the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certificate, enabling me to work with former and present military service members. 

 And finally, The Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification provides me the means to give assistance to clients possessing distressed real estate. 

 I am currently the Vice President of the Virginia REALTORS Association, where I will be President-Elect in 2023 and President in 2024.

My path to becoming a professional real estate agent

I am a Naval Academy graduate and former naval officer. Throughout my life, I lived and worked according to a well-established set of rules and principles. In other words, I applied our honor code in all aspects of life. 

 There comes a time in a man’s life when he finds himself at crossroads. My path led me to choose real estate investing. A short time after this epiphany, I obtained my real estate license.  

 My purpose in life became visible to me right after I assisted dear town folks in buying their very first homes. This successful transaction and seeing those happy faces contributed to my satisfaction. In short, I decided to make the American Dream come true for others. 

My present pursuits

Besides being a reputable and trustworthy realtor, I teach the REALTOR CODE OF ETHICS to other agents in the field. I firmly believe that realtors should be held to a higher standard when working with clients, customers, and the public.

 I have always subscribed to the idea of versatility in life and supporting my local community. For this reason, I am an active member of the chamber. In addition, I was president of the local Rotary Club and chairman of the local Salvation Army’s National Advisory Board.

My personal life!

I live in Marshall, Virginia, with my wife, Shelley. We own a 10-acre farmette overlooking the splendid Blue Ridge Mountains. Furthermore, we call ourselves dog people. Presently, we have a Golden Retriever named Misty and the Great Pyrenees we call Cinnamon.
