Before I contracted with Tom to sell my house I'd already received recommendations from several friends. My experience exceeded expectations. Tom's local knowledge is extensive and his recommendations on the best pricing for my house was perfect. The online listing was attractive and inviting. Interested buyers were looking at the house within a day of the house being listed. By the end of the week there were several serious offers and one was accepted. Tom's responsiveness throughout the process was fantastic from the my initial call to the moment he texted me the closing was completed.

The first thing I noted was that real estate is a profession for Tom – not a fall back position or a weekend interest. Tom is very punctual, responsive and knowledgeable. As a Foreign ‘snowbird’ our sale was more involved than most and Tom’s guidance was invaluable - always responsive, easy to reach and he welcomed my questions. Tom clearly works for his clients and on top of this he is very personable and likeable. In short, you don’t go wrong with Tom as your agent.
