Tom Smith Realtor®, GRI, CLHMS, NAR   Tom Smith began his real estate career in 1975 after extensive sales training and experience with the Southwestern Company of Nashville, Tennessee and earning a degree from Oklahoma State University. Tom, known as a hard working nice guy, has continuously ranked among the top 3% of sales agents nationwide. He was broker/owner of his own real estate company managing five offices and over 100 agents. His company, one of Oklahoma's largest, was awarded national advertising awards by Better Homes and Gardens.   Vivian Smith Realtor®, GRI, e-Pro, NAR   Vivian Smith joined Tom in the real estate business in 1976. Her work experience in sales and management was a key to the company’s success. Her local board of Realtors who named her Realtor of the Year in 1986. From 1989-99 Vivian was a commercial Realtor earning and working as a Certified Commercial Investment Member from 1992-2002 and earning her BLS degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1999. Vivian has a passion for helping others in need which is reflected in her support and participation with various charitable organizations and as a Stephen Minister.
