Toni Lee is a Broker-Associate and a second generation Palm Beach Realtor, with a legacy of mentoring in her mother's Palm Beach agency. In between real estate responsibilities, Lee held the International Sales & Marketing Director position with the French Line, Croisieres Paquet, was the International Social Director for Windstar Sail Cruises, a yacht broker with Northrop & Johnson, and the Marketing Liaison to Palm Beach for the International Art & Antique Show.

Lee is a Boston native who attended L'Escuela Diplomatica in Havana. She subsequently returned to New York City to graduate from Chapin and to study languages at Barnard College.

Lee, a former nationally ranked equestrian in the hunter-jumper circuit, placed 16th nationally in her division. She raced sailboats, crewed the Key West to Havana Race, sailed transatlantic, and explored the Amazon River by Canoe. Lee taught micro-enterprise to women in the hard to reach places in the world. She is a founding member, and the Planned Giving Council for Place of Hope, a foster care agency in the Palm Beaches.
