Toni is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and professional, yet down to earth so you feel like you’re going through this process with a friend. My husband and I were very picky when it came to buying a house and some we barely walked in and already knew we didn’t like it. Toni was always supportive and understanding, even after we pulled out of an offer. She truly wants to make sure you get into the house you want. She also has AMAZING recommendations for things like inspections and loan officers.. we closed on our house in 21 days! We couldn’t recommend her enough!

Toni is an amazing professional who you should contact immediately if you need an agent for buying or selling a home. Toni made the searching and buying process for my family and I so easy. For any question or worry we had, Toni had the answer for each. She sent us videos of walk-throughs she did for us since we were unable to physically be in the area. Her ability to view the houses as though they would be ones she was attempting to purchase, allowed her to point out flaws we may have not noticed being there ourselves or on the videos. We appreciate her hard work, which led to us finding the right house for my family and I.

Toni is an amazing to realtor to work with. This was out 2nd time using her and she assisted us in strategically getting our retirement home. The market was hot and we were competing several with others. She provided sound advice that didn’t involve money that convinced the sellers to accept our offer. At the same time she sold our former home. House was listed on a Friday, several viewings over the weekend and 2 offers on the following Sunday. Toni has many resources to assist in preparing your home to sell. Toni was even out of town during our transaction and was still very responsive to emails, text and phone calls. Toni cares about the customer and will work all angles to get you what you want. Her experience with military families is also a plus.
