This woman is a tough negotiator and doesn't waste time. AND she has an engaging personality that makes home buying less of a chore. She has sold two homes for us and helped us buy 3 homes in the past 8 years. THE BEST REALTOR EVER!!! Her communication skills are the best!! Tonja was alway available either by text, phone, email. She helped me sell my home as well and it sold in less than 10 days.

Tonka is very professional and knowledgeable. She also guided me and helped me see things that I would have missed on my own or with a different realtor. She cares about me and my family and none of us would ever pick a different realtor. She spent hours way above and beyond what would have been expected. She was available at usual bedtime to show me a house if I worked late. I can't say enough good. She is the best!

Tonja was extremely easy to deal with. From the start she only showed us homes within our price range and with specific attributes we really wanted. She was more than happy to show us homes multiple times, and while never really pushing us in any particular direction, she was more than willing to provide her expertise and opinion when we asked for it. It took us a few months of looking but Tonja helped my wife and I find the perfect place, with the best combination of price vs wish list.

I met Tonja in 2005 when I was trying to find a home to purchase. She is exceptionally hardworking and possesses outstanding communication skills and habits. Tonja helped me again, in 2014, when I moved out-of-state and needed to put the same home on the market.
