Tracey was amazing to work with. She helped us buy a home in Wenham Mass in 2017. Our family had a really short window of time to buy a house on the North Shore. Her knowledge of the area and connections made it really easy. Tracey will listen and put your needs first, she is not about closing just any deal, but finding the right home for your family. She went above and beyond being realtor. Her friendly demeanor and personal touches during the process made the experience as stress free as possible when buying a house. We feel very fortunate that we were able to work with her and continue to stay in touch.

Tracey was extremely helpful for us over the course of a 2 -year long search and kept us in mind when properties arose. It was a very low-pressure process. She is very personable and went "above and beyond" in all aspects of her job. She was patient and caring and truly understood what we were looking for. She helped us find the house we plan on living in for many years. Tracey was great to work with. She really was a calming effort in selling our house because I was in the middle of a divorce and it was our marital home. Tracey has a background of a social worker and she uses that experience to bring us (the sellers) to non-emotional reactions and decisions. She explained everything when we had questions, she got us information that we needed, she worked well with our two little toddlers. I really cannot say enough positive things about Tracey and I would recommend her to anyone that was in the market to either buy or sell a home

Tracey is amazing! When I decided to put my house on the market in hopes of buying another property I had my eye on, she didn't hesitate. She called in everyone she knew to help me out--painters, electricians, etc.---whatever it took to get the job done. She even took carloads of stuff to Bootstraps when I was running short on time! She sold my house in the first weekend and then helped me to complete the purchase on the home I had my eye on. I'm happily settled in my new place and hope to not have to move anytime soon (if ever!) but if I did--I would definitely call on Tracey.

Tracey was just fantastic in helping my husband and I buy a home on the North Shore with a comfortable in-law suite that did not compromise the main living space. We had lots of "must have" items on our wish list and we knew it would take time to find the right fit. Tracey never pressured us. She brought just the right combination of encouragement, professional advice, and patience to the process. When we finally walked into the perfect house for us, Tracey was right there to coach us through evaluating the home’s strengths and weaknesses and submitting a competitive offer. Once our offer was accepted we were under pressure to get our old house on the market and sold quickly. With Tracey as our Seller’s Agent, the house sold for over the asking price after just one open house. Tracey’s expertise and her calm and positive attitude were invaluable in making a stressful and challenging move go incredibly smoothly. We highly recommend Tracey as your agent for both selling and buying your home. We met Tracey at an open house and were struck by how personable she was and how knowledgeable she was about the area. After meeting with us in our home, she had great suggestions for ways we could prepare our home to sell. She arranged for a wonderful photographer to capture our home in a really beautiful way. Through her outreach and carefully planned open houses, she sold our home in 11 days for asking price! She then was able to help us find a home and put an offer in 8 days after selling our own home. She was a tough but fair negotiator, getting us a price that we were comfortable with. Tracey is responsive, kind, and supportive during what can be a very stressful time of buying or selling a home. She worked very hard for us and when it was all over, she continued to be a help to us, giving us recommendations for local tradesmen to work on our new home. Tracey's reputation precedes her. When my husband and I were newly engaged and beginning to think about purchasing a home, I knew immediately that I wanted to work with Tracey. She is kind and honest and I knew she could expertly help us navigate being first time home buyers. From our initial meeting it was clear she understood what we were looking for in a home and neighborhood, and we quickly began looking at different options that were on the market.
