About Tracey Hutchinson

A home is not a home because of its room dimensions or the color of the walls. It is about how you feel when you walk through the front door, and the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there.

This is about more than real estate. It is about your life and your dreams. You deserve to work with someone who will be honest, responsive and offers the highest level of customer service in helping you meet your goals.

People change living situations for a variety of reasons. Most often, exciting changes are happening, and there are times when a stressful event precipitates a move.  As an LICSW who has had decades of experience working with families, I am trained to help people of all ages and circumstances negotiate stressful times and move on to enjoying their new lives. As a parent raising 3 children here on the North Shore, the eldest of whom has medical and special needs, I know the importance of collaboration and community. As a Realtor who has surpassed 10 million in sales volume, I know how to get the job done so you can focus on what you need to and move on positively to your new home. I look forward to putting my skills to work for you, and making buying and selling your home enjoyable!
