From the desk of Tracy Allyn-Acosta, Broker Owner of Hill Country Listings:

If you are planning to move across town, or across the world,  we understand…
Real Estate is personal.
Buying a Home? With time and attention we will find the right fit for your unique needs. Selling a Home? There is a formula to sell fast and fair. Let’s formulate a plan and execute it. Together we will get you to your next “Point of View”

Speaking of a new "Point of View” They say that every native Texan will return one day. That was my route to Texas. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii I was a bit reluctant to leave. Feeling my husband’s desire to return to Texas I decided to give it a go. I had one requirement; I must see water from home. With desk-top at hand, I set out on my Texas home search adventure. I input Lake + Texas and voila Canyon Lake! I looked up the surrounding area and it seemed like a great fit for us. We visited the area in May of 04 and by May of 05 we were moving in! Since that time I have never regretted my move from Paradise to Heaven!

Now it has been 15 years living in the acclaimed Texas Hill Country.  I have fallen in love! If you haven’t already, I think you might as well. We have great weather, and once in a while it snows just for fun. There are lots of rivers to play in or relax near. There is also tons to do with San Antonio just an hour to the south west and Austin to the north east and so many charming smaller towns and villages surrounding us. New Braunfels, San Marcos, Gruene, Blanco, Frederiksberg. We have our own Texas wine country right here!

Go ahead, let Google take you on a virtual tour of these areas. You will find great shopping, antiques to cutting edge modern. Great art to see, create or purchase and appreciate. So if you are looking for a new home, a second home or a retirement home, you are looking in the right place. It is an awesome place for new families with our acclaimed Comal ISD as well as grandparents to host your grandkids! So much to do here! Go ahead explore our website (set up a search) and beyond. When you are ready to take a serious step forward, or have any questions, just give a call or send an e-note and ask for assistance I will be more than happy to assist you with your property purchase.

Give us a call for assistance with your next real estate transaction.

Risks And Rewards Of Selling Your Home Without A Realtor

Risks And Rewards Of Selling Your Home Without A Realtor

From the perspective of a home buyer, the position of a real estate agent can seem unjustified in its existence. Why in the world would you pay someone 6% commission on the total sale price of your home, just so that they can set up a couple signs in the yard and do some paperwork? On the face of it, it seems utterly preposterous; why not just sell your home without a ...
