About Tracy Anderson

Tracy is a native of Atlanta and a resident of one of Atlanta’s most vibrant intown neighborhoods – Kirkwood!  Since beginning her real estate career in 2001, Tracy has built or renovated 4 homes in the Kirkwood and Oakhurst neighborhoods and worked extensively with a local builder as an onsite  agent.  She is a problem solver and uses innovative target marketing to help her buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.  As an example, she uses a Dream Home Finder program to find homes that are not currently listed or not yet on the market.  This program works great for Buyers in a low inventory market and for Sellers before they put their home on the market.  One of Tracy’s strengths is her ability to build lasting relationships with her clients and vendors.  These relationships are the foundation of her real estate business and she treats her clients as though they were family.

She started her career in teaching and helped open Crabapple Middle School in Roswell, GA.  Since teaching, she has worked at IBM and Equifax and ended her career as a Trainer working with Bank One and First USA creating and teaching classes in sales and management.

When she is not working, she enjoys playing golf and spending time with her family and friends.  She has recently started to learn Pickle Ball, but is hesitant to go all in because it is an “age related” activity and she’s not ready to admit she is old enough to play this game!!! : )  She attends Passion City Church on a regular basis and is incorporating donations to Charity Water as part of her real estate closings.
