Tricia Smith was excellent in assisting me in selling my condo. Her patience with my out of date knowledge, and hesitation in making decisions made each step progress smoothly. Her years of experience and relationships with other agents, title officers and previous clients added to my total confidence in all her advice and instructions. My final outcome was excellent. I would recommend her to any of my family members who might need help in the real estate world. This would indicate my highest confidence! Just to include a fun fact, I was on a cruise ship, in the middle of the ocean, and she knew how to send and sign documents on the phone of my travel companion. I was so intimidated by the entire process, but Tricia knew exactly what was needed and helped me through it all. This offer became the final sale. I was totally impressed!

Tricia was absolutely fantastic. We were not out to buy an expensive home but that didn't stop her from giving us the platinum treatment. She had great communication and provided us with ALL the information we would need to buy a house. For example, in one home Tricia pointed out that the kitchen's awkward setup would make it difficult to cook AND difficult to remodel (most importantly it would never hold that full sized french door fridge I want). She's very experienced and honestly we probably would have ended up in a crappy home if we didn't work with her. We LOVE our new home and we're so grateful that we had Tricia there to help!
