Valarie is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She has helped me sell and buy two homes. In both cases she was able to sell my house at a great price and helped negotiate a REALLY GREAT price on the purchase of the next home. Literally saving me tens of thousands of dollars. Her commitment to her work is unbelievable. She was always there for me (and Im a PITA). I work the night shift and a single father so showing my home was difficult to coordinate at the very least and she still was able to sell my house in an easy and timely manner. I literally tracked her down years later to help with the last house I sold and bought. I will definitely recommend her as your realtor and mine when I buy or sell another house.

Valarie is the agent that EVERYONE should use. She is very knowledgeable and personable. She made the whole home buying process a breeze. If I had any questions or if I thought something was wrong I could either get ahold of her right away or she would call me back within minutes and I knew I could count on her to resolve any issue. She works hard for her clients. There's no doubt when it comes time for me to sell and buy again I will be giving Valarie a call.

She listened so well to my needs and worked within them. This was my first time selling a house. She took me step by step telling me what to expect and guided me through each step. Valerie was so knowledgeable but was willing to find out anything she didn't already know.She was present anyone came to the house whether it was the inspector, videotographer, repairmen or radon investigator. When I needed to rent a new home she was a great negotiator. I would use her again in a flash and have no regrets having her represent me.

Valarie Stiegler, she’s phenomenal, amazing, a 5 star agent, very easy to talk to, great listener, she’s kind but not a pushover but a go getter; also, she’ll get you your house because she’s wise, experienced & a shrewd realtor agent very capable of negotiating. She stayed up late & was up early sending me emails of houses that were in my budget. She explained the whole process of buying my 1st house, she explained the paperwork in layman’s terms, overall she’s an excellent communicator. She kept in contact with me via email, phone text or call. She recommended an awesome Home Warranty Company. Valarie gave me a lesson or a thorough run through of every area & function of my new house. If I had questions about anything, for example the hot water heater, adjusting temperature, she would explain, answer precisely or come over to the house after work hours & help me. Valarie is phenomenal, she also offered to help me with fixing defective projects in my new house so she’s a DIY handy gal! This agent goes above & beyond, she’s awesome!
