She expanded her knowledge base by teaching real estate investing classes as well as personally investing in “flip” properties. As a property landlord, Valerie is knowledgeable about Landlord/Tenant relationships; further expanding the knowledge base Valerie utilizes to guide her investor clients.

Valerie Sullivan understands that buying or selling a home is a very emotional time. It takes a strong communicator and an excellent listener to really understand what your objectives are; whether you are buying, selling or relocating. Based on experiences gained from the numerous relocations in the US Army, she is aware of the special needs of relocating a household and the necessity of finding a home immediately.

Her military background, successes as a business owner, a Realtor, a mother and an active church membership are all experiences which have allowed her to work closely with others in a harmonious and productive fashion. As a Real Estate Agent, it is essential to have good working relationships and great communication skills to see a transaction through to the end. Valerie’s more than a decade of experience and education allows her to provide exceptional real estate service in the Triad area of Greensboro, NC. She looks forward to putting her experience to use by assisting others, whether they are first time home buyers, home sellers, going through the stages of downsizing, or simply selling real estate as an investment.
