Prior to listing my house I noticed Venky's signs all over the neighborhood. When it came time to sell he was my first call. After meeting with him and reviewing his plan, he was my only call. Venky and his team are communicative throughout the process. Multiple offers the first day. Needless to say if you want to sell your house, in my opinion there is only one agent in the Peoria area to use.
