HI IM VIC LANTROOP: WELCOME, GRADUATED FROM HIGH SCHOOL IN NW GEORGIA IN 1979 AND ENLISTED IN THE MILITARY (ARMY)  WENT TO JUMP  SCHOOL AT FT. BENNING GA. AND THEN ON TO S/F TRAINING AT FT BRAGG NC. THEN DEPLOYED TO NORTHEAST AFRICA. AFTER 8 YEARS OF SERVICE I WENT INTO HOME CONSTRUCTION FOR SEVERAL YEARS THEN MOVED ON TO A PROFESSIONAL SALES CAREER, THEN EARNED A REAL ESTATE LICENSE IN 2005 AND SEVERAL YEARS LATER EARNED A BROKERS LICENSE. I WENT ON TO EARN A GRI & A CRS DESIGNATION.

SPECIALIZING  IN LISTING AND SELLING RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES BUT IN 2009 WHEN THE HOUSING BUBBLE BURST I BUILT A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIVISION WITHIN OUR OFFICE AND NOW HAVE WE AN INVENTORY OF 50 PLUS RESIDENTIAL HOMES AND DUPLEXES AND ANOTHER LEVEL OF SERVICE TO PROVIDE OUR COMMUNITY. I'M THE PAST PRESIDENT FOR OUR LOCAL BOARD OF REALTORS OF LAKE CITY FOR 2017. ELECTED REALTOR OF THE YEAR BY MY PEERS IN 2015. I CURRENTLY SERVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE HABITAT FOR HUMANITIES  SERVING AS THE FAMILY SELECTION COMMITTEE FOR LAKE CITY/COLUMBIA COUNTY AREA. I HAVE 3 CHILDREN.

I ENJOYED SERVING AS HEAD COACH FOR THE LAKE CITY FOOTBALL TEAM AGES 11 THRU 13 FOR THE PAST 9 YEARS. CURRENTLY, I AM AN NPC NATURAL PHYSIQUE COMPETITOR AND HAVE BEEN COACHING NUTRITION AND WEIGHT TRAINING FOR 30 PLUS YEARS.
