Although Vicki has helped some folks I know, this is the first time I asked her to help me find some land for a barn I wanted to build. She and her associate found several places for me to see. The last place she showed me was beautiful and a perfect fit. I made an offer immediately that was accepted and we closed 2-1/2 weeks later.We are very pleased with the professional manner in which she handled the entire process. We will continue to recommend her to those we learn that are looking to sell or buy real estate.

I found Vicki looking around for a third realtor just doing my due diligence before I selected one. Vicki caught my attention because she was quick to address my questions and give guidance. Even more, she went out of her way before I even signed with her to research an appropriate price for my unit. I am thankful I selected Vicki as my realtor for the sale of my rental property because she really made the whole process smooth as silk. Her knowledge of properties and the ins-and-outs of the sales process made this easy for both me and for my tenants. May be a while before I need a realtor again, but I would definitely call Vicki or encourage anyone looking for a realtor to at least give her a call.

Vicki was great to work with! We were in a serious time crunch to find a home and she was able to negotiate with other realtors to get us in to a LOT of houses in our one day period we had to view homes. The pandemic caused a few issues along the way, but Vicki was very responsive with her communication and helping us navigate the rocky waters. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her!

I have been dealing with realtors for the last 25 years for the subdivision and found Vicki’s understanding of the area market and our subdivision in particular was unequaled. She was always a phone call or text away and returned communications in a very timely manner, which was especially gratifying since we were living 1,100 miles away during the entire process. A key item that made us choose her was that she was realistic in pricing and working the details of the process, while realtors for neighboring properties were providing unrealistic expectations for their clients. We would definitely do business with Vicki Everbach again and are delighted that we worked with her this time.
