Vicki helped us find an investment property in Pender County. She was very knowledgeable and helped us get the best value for our investment. We choose Vicki because she is very familiar with Burgaw, Willard, Rocky Point, and Wallace. It was also helpful that she has a Rental Management Company, so she had a good idea of how much a property would eventually rent for after renovations. We would use her services again.
