Victor is amazing!!! There is no other way to describe him. Id never sold a home before and was quite frankly terrified of the process. He made something terrifying so smooth, easy, and even exciting. He communicated every step of the process from the beginning, setting realistic expectations from day 1. I never had any surprises unless they were good ones bc of it. His responses were quick and knowledgeable and he never made me feel like I had dumb questions. He is easy to talk to and listens to what you want. He also gives great advice when you don't know exactly what you want. He fights for you and truely cares about the house deal as if it were his own. He kept me level headed and helped me make smart decisions and gave good advice about what risks were good ones and what were not. He honored every decision and respected my needs and dreams. And I can honestly say I got everything I wanted in the time frame I wanted. I couldn't be happier and feel he has triely become a family friend I can turn to when we are ready to do this again! Thanks Victor!!!

Best realtor I have ever had. Truly a partner in buying or selling your home. He was able to show us a number of areas. My wife spent a lot of time driving with him alone and felt very comfortable. He is also very accommodating of small children. He continues to follow-up with over 5 years since we sold the house. He truly cares that you are happy with your purchase and the overall buying experience.

Victor was assigned to us through Navy Federal and we were very pleased to work with him. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure we got the house we wanted in a market where houses were under contract within days. He drove to the office on a Sunday so we could put an offer in on a house that had been on the market for less than 24 hours. There were two more offers by the end of the day but we were able to buy it because of his quick assistance.

We were relocating out of state and in a time crunch. Victor was able to sell our house in only 18 days for top dollar.His knowledge of the market was a great resource during the negotiation process to help us sell for highest amount any house on the street has ever sold for.My only disappointment is that he is not in our new state handling the purchase of our new home.

On our first meeting, Mr. Chelf arrived with all the required information, documentation and forms required to begin our purchasing process and he maintained the same high level of organization throughout. He is personable and very knowledgeable regarding the real estate market and sales process, which made us feel comfortable immediately. Mr. Chelf is thoughtful and thorough and kept us apprised regarding deadlines, changes and meetings. We were very pleased with the personal service that Mr. Chelf provided us. He never made us feel rushed, always followed through on tasks and returned calls quickly. It's been 12 years but I do remember working with Victor Chelf very well. Why, because he was very personable and committed. You can tell when a person is genuine and takes a true interest in your best interest. He did just that and I am continuing to benefit from that to this day.I moved here from out of state and was working remotely with Victor for most of the process. It was definitely a bit different from his normal transactions, but that did not stop him from working diligently on my behalf.I had no clue what part of town to live in. I just knew never to live West of where you work because of sun traffic. I did not know that many areas of Houston flood with a normal rain and of course those major storms took out a lot of houses...Tax day floods, Harvey (to name two of the worst). Well I'm happy to say that Victor put me in a good area that has made it through all of the various weather disasters unscathed... I am truly grateful! Well wishes go out to all those affected. I do encourage all new buyers to look seriously at the area for their new home because HOUSTON floods! There is a lot of growth, so many things to consider. Do your homework and ask questions.Well wishes to all!My house is at a time where I'm doing normal maintenance, but overall...it's been a good run! Thank you again Victor!

Victor was a great asset when selling our home. The pictures were AMAZING, and the verbiage associated with out home was very professional and still inviting. Our home sold within the very first day and a lot of that is mainly due to the fact that Victor is very knowledgeable in what he does.
