About Victor Patane

Your real estate investment should add to your assets, not break your bank. As a knowledgeable real estate broker for 25 years, I have come to know real estate, especially the South Florida market. As a resident of Broward County since 1973, I have come to know the nuances of this region. My family and I appreciate South Florida’s rare blend of small-town community pride and cosmopolitan sophistication. I realized early on that successful real estate sales begin with matching people to the homes and communities that best suit their lifestyle. My knowledge of the area and the local Real Estate market makes me the perfect choice when looking for a realtor.

My affiliation with the Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers and the local Chambers of Commerce has established me as a professional who is here to stay. My access to the Multiple Listing Service and The National Association of Realtors allows me to network with other realtors so that, whether buying or selling, the most pertinent information needed to close your transaction is literally at my fingertips, including information that is not found in the MLS.

Throughout Broward County/South Florida I specialize in: waterfront properties, beach condos, investments opportunities, property management, and large commercial properties.

I have sold over 2,000 single family homes, townhomes, condos, and commercial properties, which amounts to over 400 million in sales volume. In addition, I have listed over 3,000 single family homes, townhomes, condos, and commercial properties throughout South Florida.

I was born in Italy, but I speak English, Italian, and Spanish. I have 25 years of experience in listing and selling residential and commercial properties in South Florida (USA). In my real estate career, I have been a top producer for Century 21, ERA, and Better Homes & Garden by consistently listing and selling 75-100 properties per year.

In 1994, I was awarded the Top Gun agent award in Broward County Florida by ERA. From 1994 to 1999, I served as chairman for the MLS and Legal Forms Committee for the South Broward Board of Realtors. I received several awards for implementing numerous ideas, such as improving the MLS search engine as well as legal paragraphs in the Contract for Sale and Purchase.

In 1999-2003, I was Vice President of GMAC Home Team Realty, Inc. We had four offices in Broward County, and I managed the GMAC Real Estate office in Ft. Lauderdale.

In July 2003, I formed 1st American Group & Inv. Realty, Inc. located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

In 2006, I became a real estate coach for the Mike Ferry Organization and coached new agents as well real estate brokers for one year.

In 2008-2011, I designed a specific Short Sale and REO system that was proven to sell properties 67% faster and 2.1% for more money. This system has been carefully crafted by integrating the latest and most cutting edge selling techniques that automatically attract the most likely buyer.

My goal is to help as many buyers and sellers in my market place by providing the most efficient and speedy real estate services.
