Vida did a fantastic job listing our home for rent and got us top dollars. She found a great tenant, a single professional with no baggage. She found our tenant in less than 3 weeks for the higher end of the rental market. There are two more properties on our block that haven't been rented in almost a month! Plus, our tenant paid 6 months of rent upfront. What else could you ask for? Showings were coordinated since we were still residing in our place at the time and went smoothly. In 2014, we listed our home in Irvine with Vida.
